I observe my contemporary world and create symbolic images to record what I observe.
My work portrays a world divided, with technology the opposite of the natural world. Geometric shapes and orderly repetition stand for the technical world. Amorphous organic shapes drawn from the natural world (often literally) represent the disorder of nature. Often I choose to include pieces from either side of this dual world.
