THESE images are all Monotypes. I start with some ink on a plate of plexiglass and push it around and wipe some off and add some back on. I feel like I'm building something. I value intuition, ambiguity, and fresh marks. Funny things happen. I don't expect the images to look finished or self-consistent. I think I make Monotypes because I'm trying to understand my own brain, and how I relate to the civilization around me. I wish I could see inside everyones brain.
