Lukia Costello
As a returning student in 2004, en route to a Master's degree in Political Science, Lukia Costello studied photography and video at the University at Buffalo (BA). She currently practices her art, and is among the first residents to be awarded living space, at Artspace Buffalo Lofts in downtown Buffalo, NY.
In addition to being a professional event and theatrical photographer and arts collaborator, Lukia volunteers her time as an associate board member of the Buffalo Society of Artists.
Lukia has exhibited her photographs, collages and mixed media compositions in Western New York, Brooklyn, Honeoye Falls, Northern California and Montreal. Her work has been published numerous times locally and nationally in such publications as the Los Angeles Journal and the Buffalo Spree.
Her work is included in private collections in the US and Canada.
