Paula Sciuk is a photographer living and working in Grand Island, New York. Sciuk studied at State University College at Buffalo. There, immersed in design associated with painting and sculpture, she began refining her own visual and conceptual vocabulary, blurring the line of form bringing the source of visual landscape into question.
Sciuks work can be found in private art collections in the United States and abroad, and has been seen in numerous exhibitions.
I have retained a lifelong affinity to the visual, auditory and olfactory sensations tied to water. Drawn to the shifting interactions from constant motion in my subject matter where diverse and abstract forms emerge, I am intrigued by the endless and rapidly changing mix of shapes, patterns, rhythm, textures and palette of color this medium provides.
The images I create are my personal dialogue, my stream of conciousness, reflecting a calmness and splendor of that which I immerse myself in amidst the external chaos of my life.http://firstname.lastname@example.org
